Our Story

However, many newcomers to Alberta faced barriers in accessing these opportunities—navigating certification requirements, understanding industry standards, and connecting with employers.
Founded with a mission to break down these barriers, Graphite Consulting was created to serve as a comprehensive platform connecting immigrants and newcomers with the training, certifications, and employment opportunities they need to succeed.
Today, we've helped over 1,200 students earn industry-recognized certifications and launch careers in the oilfield sector, with an 85% job placement rate. Our success is measured not just in numbers, but in the lives transformed and families supported through meaningful employment.
